Can this get me banned?

No! We have thousands of successful sales & happy customers and we have never had a single report of anyone getting banned for using our site!

Why do you need my address?

Our payment processor requires us to ask you for your address and full name in order to verify your identity. We do not use your address for anything other than identity verification and we never sell your personal data.

How do I claim my order?

After purchasing from us, you will be given a link to a page for you to confirm your username, once you have confirmed it, you will be given a private server link to join and one of our bots will send you a trade. You can read more about the process here.

I accidentally closed the order page! Do I have to buy again?

No! When you purchase from our site, we send a copy of the claim link to your email just in case. All you need to do is check the email you used when checking out and find the order confirmation email we sent you. If you cant find the email, contact support and we will gladly help you!
